Adding a fare
- 1Open the Income tab and tap Add Fare.
- 2Enter the fare amount and, if you received one, a tip amount.
- 3Choose how you were paid — cash, card or account work.
- 4Tap Save. You'll hear a confirmation ding and your daily total updates instantly.
Logging an expense
- 1Open the Expenses tab and tap Add Expense.
- 2Enter the amount and pick a category — fuel, insurance, phone, repairs and more.
- 3Optionally photograph the receipt with the camera button.
- 4Tap Add Expense to save. Tap the pencil icon on any entry to edit it later.
Scanning a fuel receipt
- 1In Expenses, tap the camera icon on a fuel expense.
- 2Photograph the fuel receipt — CabCountPro reads the amount and litres automatically.
- 3The cost fills in and the litres are logged to your Mileage & Fuel record.
- 4No manual typing — the deduction is captured before the receipt is lost.
Tracking mileage and fuel
- 1Open the Mileage & Fuel tab and enter your odometer reading.
- 2The app calculates miles driven from the difference between readings.
- 3Your total miles, fuel cost, cost per mile and MPG are shown at the top.
- 4Switch between Week, Month, Year or All time to review any period.
Viewing reports and exporting
- 1Open the Reports tab to see a full financial summary.
- 2Switch between Today, Week, Month, Year or a custom date range.
- 3Charts show income vs expenses, income by weekday and a breakdown by category.
- 4Tap Export Excel to download a spreadsheet ready for your accountant or Self Assessment.
